Reduced the max temp down to under 400 and the coffee is looking and smelling better. Will keep trying.

I roasted two coffees this weekend. the first one I went too far with, very dark, but tasted ok. The 2nd roast was Columbian and I did not go a far with it. Came out pretty good. Still working on the times and temps.
